Warm Wishes for a Wonderful Holiday Season!!

Francois has been eating magical hay the past month and has grown reindeer antlers that enable him to fly! He’s been a busy bunny boy delivering gifts all around the world to special bunnies everywhere.

We hope you’ll check out our holiday toys on our website, Francois would love to fly over and deliver one to your mailbox.

The holidays are a wonderful time of year with friends and family dropping by. If your bunny is shy, she’d appreciate being secluded until everyone has gone home. And even though your bunny would love some of Aunt Anna’s homemade cookies, they won’t agree with your bunny’s tummy. Please remember to keep all human treats out of bunny’s reach, especially chocolate.

Francois and I were excited to receive a request for an interview from a reporter with the Wall Street Journal. The reporter is doing a story on how people include their pets in their holiday activities, and she wanted to include information on pet rabbits. I think it’s wonderful that bunnies are finally getting the same attention that dogs and cats have been enjoying for years. The reporter was interested in rabbit behavior, she wanted to know about our toys and how rabbits play. You never know, we may get edited out, but if we are included in the article we’ll add a link to the story in our next newsletter.

Since most veterinarians recommend giving rabbits Petromalt or Laxatone once a week, I try to give it to Francois in fun ways. He loves the sugary malt flavor. I’ve used it in this issue’s holiday bunny recipe.
